THE DESIGNER

With over 8 years of experience in the fashion industry, Nguyen Cong Tan has established himself as a designer with a distinctive voice rooted in elegance, refinement, and modern sensibility. His work is shaped by a dedication to craftsmanship, fabric innovation, and the pursuit of timeless sophistication in womenswear.

In November 2023, Cong Tan and his partner – Mr. Hien Ngo – founded Joséphine, a contemporary fashion house built on the philosophy “You are your own muse.” The brand celebrates women who embrace their individuality and live gracefully in their own rhythm.

Each collection reflects fluid silhouettes, meticulous tailoring, and quiet elegance, designed to resonate with modern femininity. For Cong Tan, fashion is a form of storytelling — every garment expresses mood, character, and inner strength.
