This season we present an easy-to-wear collection, comfortable garments with silhouettes that can be worn all day, but which can also be used at night. Tops combined with skirts or pants, pencil and long draped chiffon dresses.

Inspiration:
The lush dark jungles of Central America are opened to a modern and cosmopolitan vision with a ‘tropical-goth’ touch. Mix of concepts and contrast between the dark aesthetic and the tropical jungle. The two furthest extremes: Goths in the jungle. Synthetic leather and neoprene are combined with prints and gauze. The freshness and colour of the prints combined with garments offering a more radical style.

Fabrics:
Neoprene and padding. Elastic tulle. Unstructured lace. Synthetic leather. Gauze. Digital printing on stretch fabrics. Mix and overlay of netting on neoprene. Semi-transparent
 
Colour:
White. Black. Spearmint. Cucumber green. Sky blue. Tropical prints. Gold trimmings. Big gold zips filled with details.

Silhouettes:
Bustiers, here corsets become more comfortable, with more stretch fabrics, and even zippers, although still maintaining the lingerie touch. Long chiffon skirts for contrast. Slim-fit trousers with prints. Miniskirts with volumes. Structured jackets and short sleeve biker vests. Simple cut dresses. Lightweight shirts and dresses for tropical nights.

Maya Hansen is the designer behind the MAYA HANSEN label. Maya is half-Argentinian, half-Danish. She was born and raised in Spain where she got a degree in Fashion Design at prestigious Centro Superior de Diseño de Moda de Madrid in the
year 2002.
