Meltem Özbek is a Turkish fashion designer best known for her exquisite work with leather and playing around with color. Born in September 1983 to an oil and water painting artist mother, a Businessman and a seamstress grandmother who sew all the curtains and bedding within the house earning her main income through her talent in detailed work, she spent her formative years travelling the world with her parents being involved in art from a very young age going from one exhibition to another.
